"I’m in a conflict with this company. I’ve had them for over two years now and didn’t really see much of a problem until the pandemic hit. Are they scamming for more money? It’s off that my insurance rate seems to be different every month and nobody has a valid explanation why. The gentleman Steven whom I spoke to today was awfully rude, wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out before interrupting me. I think this location needs new employees who can actually break down a situation rather than give attitude and push people away from this company. I truly enjoy having State Farm as an insurance company but the lack of customer service really turns me off to them. Future reference to anyone who has a plan through this branch I advise you to NOT have rude man Steve handle your business you’ll be highly disappointed in the end results as I am. Maybe if I had a professional explain my problem more throughly than they won’t miss out on a great customer."
"Mia, I have left you a phone message and would very much like to discuss this with you. I know by speaking to one another we can clarify exactly what has happened with your billing, and i can promise you that State Farm nor my office is scamming you for more money. I'm truly sorry that your experience has been less than 5 Star. By way of explanation, your insurance rate is level for every 6 month policy period unless you make changes or miss payments. That is the only way the bill can change. It's a matter of record that State Farm had the most generous dividend paid during the initial lockdown period, and followed that with a significant rate REDUCTION, as well as offering payment flexibility. State Farm also made several generous donations to help front line workers during the initial pandemic. Finally, I stand behind Steve. He has multiple insurance licenses, 13 years of experience and a fabulous relationship with my customers. We couldn't do it without him. Please call me at your earliest convenience so we can resolve any misunderstanding. thank you. Kevin Wallon"
